After much research, The Humber Foton is now available with its own custom made solar array in a great new colour scheme! This new solar array puts out 185 watts of clean solar power which charge two 12 volt deep cycle marine batteries. The main advantages of this array is that it’s lightweight, lower profile on your boat and designed specifically for a marine environment.
Solar Power
Contrary to popular belief, as long as there is daylight, your panels are charging the batteries, even on cloudy days. Yes, direct sunlight charges the batteries faster but as long as there is light, there is power, free power! The best thing is your panels are always working. This means that even while your Humber Foton is in motion, as long as there is daylight, your batteries are being topped up.
