Fiberglass Fabricators
First and foremost, Humber builds boats and we will be needing experienced fiberglass fabricators to meet the growing demand for our products. You will be the sort of person who is fanatically dedicated to producing a high quality product and will to take the time to do so. Like all Humber employees, you will be a self starter who likes a challenge and can think on your feet.
Marketing and Sales Professionals
It’s a wonderful thing to build the highest quality products but if the world doesn’t know about it, there’s not much point. So if you love boating and love talking about boating, Humber wants to hear from you. Initially, this would be a part time position.
In addition, we will be needing a marketing professional who knows how to get a product noticed, via traditional media but also via new media such as online forums. If you have knowledge of the “green” marketplace, this would be especially helpful.
Boat Show Hostess
Humber displays its products at various trade shows from time to time. To assist in this endeavour, we will require a part time hostess to greet customers entering the booth, demonstrate features of our products and so on. You get the idea I’m sure. Knowledge of the boating industry is an asset as is boating experience. If your family has enjoyed the use of a cottage, this would be ideal. You should have retail experience or experience in dealing with the public. You are friendly, polite, courteous and generally a fun smiling person and thrive in a relaxed fun atmosphere.
